Can I get tickets last minute?

Yes, for almost all of our listings, we provide last minute delivery options, including E-Ticket Instant download, Will Call and Local Pickup options.

Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?

We are happy to accommodate this request on most orders, however, for security reasons you may be asked to provide further identification/documentation. If you have questions, please contact support@ticketsplus.com.

What happens if my event is Cancelled or Postponed?

If your event happens to get postponed, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date and time. In the unlikely event that your event is cancelled, we will refund your order without any questions asked!

When will I receive my tickets?

Generally tickets will be shipped within four days of your purchase, unless specified otherwise in the order details. The majority of Tickets are delivered electronically “E-Tickets” or via FedEx.

E-tickets marked as “Instant” will be available for you to download and print within minutes of placing your order in most cases.
